Hot, sweet 'n sour BBQ-sauce

1/2deciliterBalsamic vinegar
1deciliterBrown sugar
1/2deciliterJapanese soy
1tablespoonWorcestershire sauce
1/2deciliterKetchup
1/2deciliterTomato puree
1tablespoonChilipowder

Chop the onion and the garlic finely. Fry the onion, garlic and cummin in olive oil. When the onion is getting transparent and soft add the balsamic vinegar. When the balsamic vinegar have reduced add all the other ingredients and boil until it’s a sticky sauce.
